This is an agreement between UK Parrot Rescue and..................................................dated....../......./.......

The person named on this contract shall be the sole keeper responsible for the bird at the address that appears on this contract,if you change your address you must notify the rescue prior to moving.

UK Parrot Rescue does not permit the breeding of any of its rescue birds unless its deemed appropriate by the rescue,in which case permission for this must be obtained in writing seperately.

UK Parrot Rescue does not allow for any reason,under any circumstances the clipping of wings.

You must provide immediate medical care and ensure that your bird is insured at all times as the rescue cannot take any responsibility for any medical expenses incurred whilst the bird is in your care.

If for any reason that the person named on this contract,is no longer able to care for their bird,you must return it to the rescue,as the rescue retains ownership of the bird at all times.

UK Parrot Rescue reserves the right to check on the birds welfare at any time by prior appointment.

I have read and understood that i am at all times responsible for the welfare and well being of the bird in my care,and that at all times i am bound by the conditions set out by this contract.

Failure to comply to these conditions,could result in the bird being returned to the rescue...................
